Perfect sense. Since the Republicans think the stimulus package is totally wrong, turn down the money.

Our senior senator is Mitch McConnell. What say Mitch, shall Kentucky put more tax on cigarettes and bourbon to make up for the state shortfall?

Shall we just tell those people in Appalachia to “stand by” until Republicans can get back in power?
